| Description |
Fort Gaines Healthcare is a 60 bed nursing facility which provides long term care services in a secure environment. 52 of the 60 beds are in private rooms. Medicare, Medicaid and Private Pay are accepted. We offer many services such as Physician, Hospice, Therapy, Pharmacy, Dietary, Housekeeping, Laundry, Activities, Weekly Beautician services as well as Family Support. This facility and its caring staff have been providing care to Clay County and the surrounding area for nearly 40 years. We are happy to have the opportunity to continue to serve this community for many more years to come! |
